Casa Pequeña, countryside location just outside Puntalón village - 3kms East from the bustling market/port town of Motril. Motril is found on the lush coastal plain 65kms due South from Granada, midway between Malaga to the West & Almeria to the East. Just 2kms from many unspoilt beaches this area of Andalucia is a perfect base for holidays year round (probably best climate in mainland Europe) and bargain property searches. Customs and prices remain Spanish.
Nearest well-known resorts include; Nerja, Almuñecar, Salobreña, Orgiva & Castell de Ferro.
Fly to Granada (Ryanair/Monarch) just 50 mins away. Also use Malaga or Almeria - both easy 90 min drive on good roads. A car is essential.

New for 2008 - Outdoor Kitchen by Pool terrace.
Please note - the bedroom/ Shower Room are accessed only from the ground floor terrace and are not connected by corridor to the living room. Casita has quirky layout with 3 separate entrances.
Can sleep 4, if double sofa-bed in the living room is used. Supplement = €40 pp weekly (but need to share en suite, which is accessed only from the bedroom).
Cleaning is done for your arrival, beds made & a complementary food/wine pack waiting in the fridge.
Linen and towels are provided and duvets in low/mid season. Bring your own beach towels. There is also use of folding beach chairs, cool box and umbrella for picnics
Pets are welcome - 2 friendly Dogs, Ben & Jerry live on site. Small additional charge. |
