Discounts for 3 weeks.
Inside the prices are water, gas, electricity except during November, December, January, February we charge 50 euros per week.
From November till March we ask for extra price for gas-65 euros per week.
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 400 euros.
This damage deposit is to be returned to you at the end of your stay if there are no damages inside the house or if the house is not left extremely dirty.
