In July and August we rent apartments just weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
During the rest of the year we accept short stays (minimum two nights) and offer B&B service.
Our weekly price includes: full set of towels, full set of sheets, electricity, water, final cleaning, use of grill and common areas, access to the swimming pool and sunbeds, private parking.
Only air conditioning/heating is paid seperate and costs 10 euros per day

The property has been completely restructured in full respect of the Tuscan architectural style, with the handsome façade in bare stone, the door and window frames in grey sandstone, the roof ventilated with modern technology but made using the ancient tiles, the interior floors in classic red terracotta, the ceilings with great beams in chestnut, oak and cypress, or beams in antique terracotta, the plaster walls tinted in pale hues, the stone stairways, and the original frescoes that decorate some of the ceilings.
Guests have a 6 x 12 meter pool a their complete disposal open from may to September.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. Community area with an ancient restructured oven, grill and a zone equipped with tables and benches for outdoor enjoyment. Flower garden.
The composition of the apartment is: a master bedroom, a double bedroom, a very large kitchen fully equipped, living room with sofa and TV, a large bathroom with bath/shower.
The apartment is very large at least 110 sqm and we're proud of our choice that differentiates our offer from the others of the area and keeps your stay really comfortable and relaxing.
What you can see in photos can give you just an idea of the place because photos unfortunately can't transmit to you the taste and warmness of history of our original XVI sec countryhouse.
In the nearby you can visit wineries and wine shops famous all over the world for the production of Chianti and Carmignano Wine and find a lot of good typical restaurants up and down the hills. |
