If you stay 2 weeks we are offering one cleaning in the middle of your stay.
We offer special prices for 2,3, 4 weeks.
During November, December, January, February, March, we do also charge 38 euros per week for the electricity.
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 280 euros.
This damage deposit is returned to you at the end of your stay if there are no damages inside the apartment.
