Villa El Establo is situated just a 15 min drive from the bays of Puerto Pollenca and Cala St Vincente. It takes approx 35 min easy drive to reach our villa from Palma and as you drive north you will be aware of the wonderful Tramuntana mountains and fantastic scenery. We believe it is an ideal location for a wonderful holiday. Close to all the attractions but away from the tourist bustle.
At the coast you can enjoy a variety of water sports or just relax on the beach and watch the active. El Establo is wonderfully situated close to all the attractions but away from the tourist bustle. 2 miles from Sa Pobla a bustling market town where you will be able to purchase your groceries at "local" prices and enjoy the Sunday market that is held each week. It also has a train station which is so useful and you can travel to Palma without the worry of parking. A walkable city that is well worth a visit.
Eating out is such a delight. You can have wonderful barbecues at the villa, or explore some of the restaurants in the neighbouring towns of Pollensa and Sa Pobla.
Just a few miles away is the magnificent Pollenca golf club with first class facilities. The Campanet caves are well worth a visit and less than a 10 min drive where you can enter a world of peace and colour.
It is also a fabulous area for bird watching with the Albufera nature reserve just a short distance away.
A car is essential but taxis are plentiful. With our help and good management in Mallorca we hope to provide you with a stressfree holiday.

When you contact us we are the owners. We are pleased to answer any queries.
Many of our holiday guests return year after year and it is our priority to make your stay at our villa an enjoyable experience. We feel it is essential to have good english speaking property management and we have that. Our villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival - 15.00 hrs on day of arrival until 10.00 hrs on you day of departure. To help you settle in we have a welcome pack of groceries.
El Establo was built for us in 2000 as we adored the area of North Mallorca. If you book your holiday with us I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Wheelchair users are very welcome and the downstairs bedroom and adjacent wet rooms are ideal. Please call me for advise on our facilities.
It is a very comfortable well furnished and much loved family home. With an airy and spacious sitting room with log burner, DVD, Sat TV, french windows open onto a shaded terrace ideal for long lazy days, or al fresco dining, dining room and very well equipped kitchen. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a twin bedroom with an adjacent large shower room/toilet. This is suitable for a wheelchair user.
Marble stairs lead to three more bedrooms (1 twin, 2 doubles) and a family bathroom. There are great views from the bedrooms looking towards the town of Sa Pobla and Muro with the coastline on the horizon. There is a 9 x 4 metre swimming pool with steps, pool lights, fresh water shower and large sun terrace with loungers.
For superb relaxation we have an outdoor heated hot tub with hydrotherapy jets. Temperatures of 37 degrees it is ideal for early or late season bookings. A very colourful garden and private off street parking. We are so pleased that our villa is very popular and holiday guests return year after year. |
