Casa Lisa is extremely accessible, just off the E15 Autovia. Valle del Este is a wonderful place toholiday. Situated in one of the warmest and driest regions of Spain, it has 320 days of sunshine a year! The town of Vera is about a five minute drive away and is a typically Spanish market town, dating from the 16th century. Vera Playa (the nearest beach, a ten minute drive, or take the Valle del Este shuttle bus) has 8km of blue flag white sand beaches. The Moorish village of Mojacar is just a few km away and is a picturesque sight of whitewashed buildings and steep and winding, cobbled streets. There is so much to do in the area - scuba diving, visiting 'Mini-Hollywood', (where many spaghetti westerns were filmed), shopping in the local markets, walking in the Cabo de Gata national park, caving at Almanzora, watching the day's catch being landed at Garrucha (famed for its seafood restaurants), splashing about at the Vera water park, exploring Granada on a day-trip - the list is endless

Notes to the rental rates
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling or Euros. BOOKING: When you make a booking a deposit of 25% (by cheque) is required to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date. DAMAGES: a returnable deposit of £150 must be paid by the hirer on a separate cheque at the time of paying the final balance. Payment for any damage, breakages, or missing inventory items i.e. loss of key will be deducted from the damages deposit. The full deposit will be returned to the hirer within two weeks of departure if there are no missing or damaged items.
Rates are per property (per week) based on a maximum of 6 people sharing. Additional persons charged at £75 per person per week or £8 per day. Bookings as quoted are from Saturday (3:30 pm) until Saturday (10:00 am). Reservations will only be held open for a period of seven days pending receipt of your deposit payment. . Balance payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. £150 insurance deposit payable at date of balance payment. Fully refunded at end of holiday subject to any deductions for losses/damages. The cost is all inclusive of electricity, gas, water and heating. It is anticipated that guests will leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy manner on departure and report any damage and loss immediately. NOTE: Long week-end and short break holidays available on request. Longer term lettings available on request at discount to the above prices.
