Menorca still rests quietly in the Spanish sunshine of the Balearic Islands in contrast to many over developed Mediterranean resorts.
The countryside is normally quite lush and it's usual to see fresian cows grazing in the fields. Generally offering beautiful views, peace and tranquility (except of course for those sounds usually associated with the countryside) and lots of privacy.
Sant Lluis is a small town about 2 miles south of Mahon, situated on the way to Binibeca and other south east beaches. Good shopping with two or three restaurants.

The prices are based on 5 or 6 people sharing the villa per week, the price can be reduced for an occupancy of 1-4 sharing.
A deposit of 20% is required to make a reservation provided it is outside of 9 weeks prior to travel. At 9 weeks prior to the departure date the full balance will be required. A refundable security deposit of £150 will be added when paying the balance.

The villa is rented Friday - Friday. You will have entry from 1400hrs and will need to vacate by 1000hrs on the morning of departure.
Maid service is only provided on a weekly basis.

A large shady terrace leads to open terracing overlooking the pool - as does a large old fig tree. French doors lead into the house. The living areas are comfortable but small, in keeping with the period of the house. Up stairs, leading from the lounge, are a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom. There is also a small roof terrace. Downstairs is another twin bedroom off the ante room leading from the lounge to the pool and garden, plus a further twin bedroom adjacent to the other bathroom. A separate small kitchen leads from the long, narrow dining room. Many amenities are available in Sant Lluis and although this could be reached on foot a car is really ideal especially for access to the beaches and sea.
