The beaches of Caleta de Fuste are within easy distance, as are a large selection of shops and restaurants. The nearby Commercial Centre also has a selection of shops, restaurants, bank, cinema and bowling alley. A courtesy bus runs between the development and resort every hour until 10.00 p.m.

The villa has one double and one twin bedroom, both of which have fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The lounge has a dining area, two sofas and TV/DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast area and a utility room houses the washing machine.
Outside is a large terrace with partial shading for outdoor dining and plenty of room for sunbathing. A BBQ is located to the rear of the property.
