St Spiridon’s Church: Built in 1589 the church is dedicated to Corfu’s much loved patron saint. Kapodistrias Museum: Kapodistrias was the first president in the modern Greek state. Mon Repos: The ‘royal estate’ has recently come into the possession of the Municipality of Corfu. Reading Society: Founded in 1836 by Corfiots and modelled on the Reading Society of Geneva, the Reading Society is the oldest cultural institution in modern Greece. Mouse Island: A small islet housing an ancient monastery which today has just one monk, Mouse Island is the most photographed tourist attraction in Corfu. Sinarades Folk Museum: A visit here is like taking a step back in time. Is on the west coast, about 25 minutes drive from Dassia.

Dassia - St Nicolas area
Water Park Aqualand, Corfu's water park, is great fun for all ages. Situated in the Ropa Valley, just 20 minutes drive from Dassia, the park has a great selection of slides and rides, a lazy river and a large pool with plenty of sunbathing facilities.
Swimming Corfu’s 200km of coastline offers all types of swimming conditions for beginners and strong swimmers. Dassia's gently sloping shoreline is fine for the kids.
Scuba Diving The sea surrounding the island is normally crystal clear providing excellent conditions for scuba diving. |
