On the opposite of the bay facing Es Castell (Villa Carlos) is the residential area known as Cala Llonga. Here many excellent villas sit near or high above the water, with splendid views of the bay and the many boats and ships passing by. There are no shops or restaurants here so Mahon, round the water, is the nearest place to find these. The beach and small village of Mesquida are about 10 minutes drive.

The villa prices are per week and are based on 5-6 people sharing. If an occupancy of 1-4 is required please telephone for details. To reserve the property, outside of 9 weeks a deposit of 20% will be required. At 9 weeks prior to your departure date the full balance will be required.

The change over day is a Friday, and maid service is provided on a weekly basis.

| On three storeys, the villa is approached up steps from the estate road. On the ground floor leading from the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large open sun terrace. Up the open-tread staircase are the living /dining room and kitchen, stretching the width of the villa, with one wall to the terrace entirely of glass. Both kitchen and living room have full length glass doors to a very large open terrace and beautiful pool, with water cascading over the far side. Up further stairs is a small open mezzanine sitting area, and a further terrace stretching almost round the villa, surrounded by a very low wall. The villa is furnished in a very modern minimalist way, and because of the pool design and the fact that the house is set into the hillside, we feel that it will not be suitable for children under 12 years of age. |
