France > Midi-Pyrenees > Tarn-et-Garonne > St Antonin Noble Val
Imagine, if you will, lush verdant hills, limestone peaks, beautiful rivers slowly meandering through deep impressive gorges or powering their way down incredible rapids…imagine the tranquillity, the quality of life the and the "joi de vie" of waking up every morning to a fresh baguette or croissant and the best coffee in the world…imagine a home or a holiday in this idyllic place.
Welcome to Saint Antonin Noble Val in the Tarn et Garonne...welcome to paradise.
A region of valleys, rivers, gorges, lakes, a land of water and stone warming under beautiful sunshine from an endless azure blue sky.Next Sentence
The Departement of Tarn et Garonne offers both the resident and the holiday maker an endless array of activities for every generation, from gentle pursuits such as fishing in the many rivers and lakes in the area, to rambling through the wonderful gorges and valleys discovering the hidden beauty of the medieval bastide towns that populate this department.
Saint Antonin Noble Val itself has a full programme of events that start at easter and run throughout the summer. They range from the giant Easter egg parade that runs along the cobbled streets of the town, to a fume filled noisy bustling "hill climb" racing car series that takes place on the narrow twisting road just outside Saint Antonin Noble Val. The atmosphere is electric with cars, drivers mechaniques and the press coming from all over the region.
For more active visitors there are opportunities to experience cycling, climbing, caving pot-holing and racing through foaming white water in canoes or rafts. For children the open countryside and the smaller rivers and lakes provide a natural playground of excitement and adventure.
Saint Antonin Noble Val is the oldest town in the Rouerge and Quercy region with an atmosphere that allows you to imagine living here in the Middle Ages
For your home or holiday in unspoilt South West France the Tarn et Garonne offers something for everyone. |
