Two traditional old Tuscan stone houses located in the Lucca hills. They are situated on the top of the Vecoli Hill and share a private large garden with proper furniture (sun beds, tables, chairs and BBQs) and a swimming pool. 14 km from Lucca and 40 (35 km) minutes from Pisa and Viareggio beaches (approx 30km), 90 km from Florence. Pisa is the nearest airport. The use of the car is essential.
Near the cottages there are 2 good restaurants whose speciality is Tuscan cuisine. There is also a "Fattoria" where you can buy oil, wine, honey and other typical Tuscan products.

Prices are for the properties per week in euros.
Baby (0-3 years old) cot is available for both the cottages and costs 25 euros per week per bed.
25 euros per day for central heating.
60 euros per week for each pet.
100 euros for cleaning each cottage.
A deposit of 250 euros per week is required to cover any damages and will be returned on departure after inspection of the cottage.

Changeover day
During high and middle seasons changeover is scheduled on Saturday morning for departures (8-10 am) and afternoon for arrivals (17-19 pm).
